Oakwood seniors can get free home safety checks (The Champaign News-Gazette)

OAKWOOD – Senior citizens in the Oakwood Fire Protection District can get a little help making their homes safer without breaking their budgets. Oakwood firefighters and Faith in Action staff are teaming up to offer free home safety checks from 9 a.m. to noon on June 27.
